Donations and sponsorships are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable. If you made a genuine error - a duplicate payment, a wrong amount, or a payment that failed but was charged - write to us within 7 days at seva@s3kgokulam.com with the payment reference and we will review and refund the eligible amount to the original payment method.
Orders are made and dispatched in small batches, typically within 3-7 working days, and shipped across India. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier. Some products are seasonal and may take longer; if so, we will let you know. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout or confirmed with you on the order.
Because these are hand-made, perishable, and consumable products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of approval.
