This site is run by Sadguru Sankalpa Sadhana Kshetram (publicly, S3K Gokulam), a goshala near Mahabubnagar, Telangana. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to acknowledge your gift, fulfil an order, and stay in touch about the cows. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
When you donate, sponsor a cow, offer a seva, or place a store order, we collect the details you provide - your name, email, phone, and (for store orders) a shipping address. If you sign in with Google to check out, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not store card or bank details.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, and netbanking details are entered on Razorpay’s secure systems and are governed by Razorpay’s privacy policy; we never see or store them.
To send your receipt and (once our 80G registration is approved) your 80G certificate, to fulfil and ship store orders, to send occasional updates about the herd and the goshala, and to respond when you contact us.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you updates, at any time by writing to seva@s3kgokulam.com. We keep records of donations and orders for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
